As our elder population continues to grow, so do the resources available to accommodate their needs. At Safehaven Senior Services, our advisors have the experience and knowledge necessary to find the appropriate solutions and resources to meet the needs of our aging population.
At times, it can be difficult and overwhelming to access those resources. Family or friends may not know who to turn to or who to call when a senior is no longer able to manage their affairs or their daily activities. At SafeHaven Senior Services we strive to provide loving & compassionate care to the families we represent. Understanding our client’s needs and desires, and matching those to the appropriate Assisted Living Facility is our number one priority.
How do we do that? First, we start by asking some pertinent questions regarding you or your loved one’s needs. Our experienced bi-lingual Advisors will then schedule a visit to the hospital, Nursing Home/Rehabilitation Center, or in the privacy of the home in order to determine if criteria is met to be in an assisted living facility, or if a higher level of care is required. Our board has the notable advantage of being “Core trained and licensed” according to the guidelines of The Agency For Healthcare Administration, (ACHA), an arm of the Department of Elder Affairs in the State of Florida. This puts us in the unique advantageous position of better assisting you in the selection process.
After the evaluation process has been completed, one of our Advisors will accompany you to tour several assisted living facilities and will provide you with pertinent information on each so that you can make an informed decision.
Our Advisors have extensive knowledge and years of combined hands on working experience in various facets of geriatric care including administrative and resident care, consulting, mental health, Alzheimer and dementia units, and marketing. We consistently attend industry conferences to stay on the cutting edge of new regulations, trends and industry standards.
We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist you and your family during this difficult time and promise to earn your trust by working hard to ensure a seamless transition for you and your loved one.
